Dream House Notes

Items we are looking for include (not limited to and not all requried):
- 3 car garage
- front porch which is flush with garage
- 2 story main entrance
- coat closet and power room on main floor (prefer that you don't have to walk into the mud room to access)
- mud room w/ space for storage lockers
- 1st floor office with French doors
- large great room
- kitchen center island w/ room for at least 3 stools
- walk in pantry
- desk cut-out (Renae)
- living room and/or dinning rooms (Dan doesn't want formal dinning, Renae is unsure)
- 4 bedrooms up, larger kids rooms (e.g. 12x12)
- bathroom for kids with double sinks for the kids and would prefer separate door for toilet and tub
- loft area (for studying)
- upper laundry
- master bedroom walk in closet (prefer it to be separate entry form bath. Two sinks in the bath, higher vanity.
- walk out with deck
- basement rough-in for bath and bed to be added later
- sod, sprinkler system
