Goals:
1. 140 lbs. and down a pants size
2. Finish months 2-3 of P90X
3. Run a 5k this winter
4. Begin/finish 'Body for Life' workout program (Jan-Mar)
5. Begin/finish tri-training (April-June)
6. Compete in either the EC triathlon (June) or Hudson triathlon (Sept.)--or both
7. Proudly wear a bikini in DRlol
8. Continue 'body for life' eating (6 meals/day for 6 days/week; 1 'free' day)
