Activity Challenges

The plan is to allow each individual to pick a challenge every two weeks. Challenges must be completed within a week time period and only one challenge can be completed in a two week period. Once we figure out a good point system, points will be assigned upon completions of a activity.

8Write your spouse a quick love note five days of the week.
9Log everything you eat for a week. Track calories.
10Establish and follow good sleeping habits for a week. Consistent bed time with a good amount of sleep (kids allowing)
11Wake up every morning for a week and do 10 push-ups
12Wake up every morning for a week and do 20 sit-ups or crunches
13Sign-up and run/walk in a local 5k
