So many questions

Questions for Mitch (Loan):

- Can we bring two checks? No
- How far in advance can we wire money? Recommends a couple of days in advance, but not to early.
- Note account balance changes for closing. Just keep track of it and wait for Mitch to ask.

Questions for Wells Fargo:

- Cost of wire transfer? Told $30, unlimited amount
- Time needed to wire? Take 1-3 days
- Is there a min amount needed in our savings?

Questions for Nick (Sup):

- Where can we put the POD Confirmed the street is fine.
- Will the driveway be solid enough for trucks/cars... traffic? Avoid heavy traffic
- Really want to understand the sod line. Stood just inside the current dirt line as general area. Maves lot look great :)
- Would we be able to extend the irrigation even if sod is not laid as far back as we like? Just confirmed that they will extend the irrigation system out to edge of sod. This will allow us to expand by adjusting the sprinkler heads.
- Understand outlet placement in the garage? Confirmed that a outlet was missing (actually miss placed) and they will add another one in the missing location. Also found out that the two outlets 4 feet apart.. one is for the sprinkler system.
- What is that back circle in the basement (bathroom area) This is where the shower would go.
- Do we loop out the bottom step? OOPS, they ran the railing all the way to to the bottom. Ask to adjust... but I'm worried about how they will patch the wood floor where they mistakenly put the bottom of the railing.
- Can we get siding samples for future matching Per email, he was looking into it.
- Can we get tile and flooring leftovers for replacement/matching/etc Per email, there should be left overs
- What additional grading are they doing in the back? Per email, city has already approved and there will be little to no change.
- What do we get for landscaping?
