Coax cable behind door for cable modem

Phone cable will allow you to link hose to use VOIP phone box. Standard phone will require hookup outside.

Sump pump backup battery occasionally needs to be replenished with distilled water. Alarm will sound to notify you. Alarm also sounds if backup fires (press test button to turn off alarm)
