Challenge Options:

Sign-up and run/walk in a local 5k  
Plan meals for week and follow that meal plan  
Drink 2.2 liters of water each day for a week.  
Walk 2 miles three times in one week.  
No Sweet beverages for a week! Like soda, sports drinks, and fancy coffee  
Eat five meals a day for a week: Breakfast, healthy snack, lunch, healthy snack, dinner  
Have sex with your spouse at least four times in one week. (yes Brian, this was for you).  
Write your spouse a quick love note five days of the week.
